At TØTE®, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original TØTE® box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
